<p>South African wicketkeeper Morne van Wyk has 97 dismissals in 115 matches so far. The player has represented South Africa in recent times and also scored a brilliant hundred in T20 international against the West Indies in 2015. He was also a part of South African XI in the World Cup 2011 in India. But the constant presence of AB de Villiers, Quinton de Kock and Dane Vilas has kept Van Wyk way down the rung and with time running out, he has decided to represent the various T20 leagues all around the world and has gathered many dismissals with his handy glove work.</p>

<p>James Foster is considered to be one of the best wicketkeepers in the world, but also unlucky as lack of big hitting prowess meant that he could only play a handful of games for England at international level. Despite that, Foster has been one of the mainstays of Essex team in the counties and has played in New Zealand domestic circuit a lot. <p>Phil Mustard plays T20 cricket for many teams including England, Auckland and in Bangladesh. He is one of the most sought after keepers in the franchise world. He was also once seen as the answer to England’s search of a keeper with aggressive ODI and T20 batting abilities. <p>The baby-faced Indian stumper, Parthiv Patel made his international debut for India in 2003 on the Australian tour and was a member of the team until MS Dhoni arrived at the scene. Patel continued making runs in domestic cricket and appeared for almost all the franchises in the Indian Premier League. He has 110 dismissals in 156 matches and his brilliant glove work is the proof that he is still seen as an option in Indian cricket. His aggressive batting at the top of the order has benefitted the Mumbai Indians in previous two IPLs and hopefully the relationship will continue.</p>

<p>The former Ireland captain Niall O’Brien has 112 dismissals in 145 matches in the T20 format. He has played a number of matches for many franchises apart from representing Ireland in the international scene. Recently he relinquished the keeping duties in the international format to Gary Wilson, but still keeps wickets in T20 leagues all over the world.</p>

<p>Former West Indian skipper Denesh Ramdin comes at number 5 in the list with 136 dismissals in 147 matches. A prolific keeper and a very good batsman, Ramdin is known for his good glovework behind the stumps and it is evident from his contributions to the West Indian and franchise cricket. It is tough to imagine, but such a useful player has not played in either the Indian Premier League or the other successful, Big Bash League in Australia, ever.</p>

<p>Sri Lankan great and now a globetrotting franchise T20 player, Kumar Sangakkara is one of the greatest keepers to have ever played the game. His batting overshadowed his keeping throughout his career, but he was solid behind the stumps and even unbelievable sometimes. Sanga continued keeping for Sri Lanka in limited overs, despite giving up gloves in 2006 in Test cricket. So far, he has amassed 136 dismissals in 186 matches playing for franchisees all over the world.</p>

<p>Out of favor India keeper Dinesh Karthik is at number 3 with 152 dismissals in 100 matches. He represented India with distinction in every format and even played for India as a specialist batsman for some period. His keeping is without doubt, flawless and batting wise, he is one of the most sought after players in the IPL and he has played a constant role for every team he has played. <p>Out of favor Pakistani keeper Kamran Akmal has the highest number of dismissals in T20 format; 179 dismissals in 174 matches. He has played for many teams including Pakistan, Rajasthan Royals and multiple teams in Pakistan’s local T20 leagues. Though his keeping is faulty sometimes, he is nevertheless a fine keeper, with good glovework and anticipation. This combined with his ability to give quick starts to the innings makes him a favorite at T20 leagues all over the world.</p>
