Ace West Indies wicketkeeper batter Nicholas Pooran recently caught every headline after he made a typo in one of the captions on his Instagram post. The star cricketer is in India right now to attend the pre-wedding bash of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant.

The pre-wedding bash had a huge guest list, with several Bollywood celebrities, cricketers, and even global sensation Rihanna making an appearance at the function as well. Pooran is also no stranger to the Ambani family; the keeper was roped in by Mumbai Indians in the IPL 2017.

Taking to Instagram, Pooran shared glimpses of his time in the pre-wedding festivities and how he enjoys Indian culture and being a part of the country’s tradition.

However, it was the caption of his Instagram post where Pooran made a mistake. Wanting to write “Embracing the Indian culture,” Pooran made a grave typing error.

Consequently, the West Indian ended up writing- “Embarrassing instead of Embracing.” The moment saw fans take to X (formerly known as Twitter) and troll the star Windies cricketer for the mistake he made on Instagram.
