Twitter Reactions: India gain an unassailable lead of 2-0 with another one sided victory

In the second ODI between both the teams at Harare, India again managed to get the better of Zimbabwe and thus gained an unassailable lead of 2-0 with one game left in the series. In the beginning, Dhoni again won the toss as he put Zimbabwe to bat first and decided to exploit the conditions.
Zimbabwe had another patchy start as they were reduced to 39/3 before Sibanda struck a half century and recovered Zimbabwe from the early slump. At 106/3, they looked good for a total around 200 but Chahal spun the web as he struck thrice. Zimbabwe lost their way and were bundled for 126.
Indian batsmen again didn’t have much of a task. After a good start, KL Rahul found an inside edge. Following that, Nair along with Rayudu took India off shore comfortably. With Pandey scoring the winning runs, India won the game by 8 wickets with more than 20 overs to spare. Chahal was awarded the man of the match for his outstanding bowling.
After this win, MS Dhoni now has 12 ODI series wins overseas which is the most by an Indian captain. With the series done and dusted, India would be looking forward to a whitewash with the next game on Wednesday. We might also see some changes with those on the bench getting a chance.

Twitter had much to tell about another one sided encounter with the hosts being outplayed completely. Right from stats and analysis to trolling Ntini for his comments of putting India under the carpet. Here are some of the Twitter reactions that took place during the course of the game

Hard to believe that was an international game. Anyway, got to do what India has done, irrespective of the opponent's quality.

Zimbabwe 'used' to be a tough team to beat…more so at home. Hopefully somebody is investigating why things have gone downhill so badly!

Ntini should really be ashamed of saying they will put India under carpet to force A teams on tour, outclassed by miles. #ZIMvIND
