Twitter Reactions on Kieron Pollard fielding with a taped face: Pepsi IPL 2015: How unromantic would have this relationship between the spectators and the game been had there been no West Indian cricketer in it. They are always there to add some flair, in the sport with their cricket and more often their on-field attitude and behavior. During the RCB v MI match at the Chinnaswamy stadium in Bangalore, in the second innings of the match we saw MIs Kieron Pollard field with a taped face.
In the second over of the match by Lasith Malinga we saw Pollard walk into Chirs Gayle’s eye line and it looked distracting, the umpire was forced to have a word with the Caribbean striker. How do normal people react after a warning? They try and avoid it; but since he has the West Indian blood running in his body, Pollard instead taped his mouth it was almost a protest to the umpire asking him to stay away or to keep mum.
