Virender Sehwag talks about Sachin Tendulkar’s biopic on Twitter

Former Indian batsman, and also a close friend of Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag took to Twitter to upload a video where he talks about the Master Blaster’s biopic, ‘Sachin: A billion Dreams‘ which releases tomorrow on Friday, May 26.

Sehwag urged fans to go and have a look at the film which journeys Sachin’s life on and off the pitch. The former opener who has been known for his quirky tweets took tweeted a video with the caption, “Godji invited for #SachinPremiere ,but Biwi ji took me away to a holiday. Godji toh prasad chadake maan jaate hain,but Biwi ji kahaan maanti.”

Sehwag recalls his playing days with Sachin 

In the video, Sehwag recalls his companionship with Tendulkar and says that he has seen him batting free of cost from the non-striker’s end and also from the dressing room. But this time he will be watching him play after purchasing a ticket. He also goes on to say that the movie is such that it will inspire kids and everyone should watch it.

Viru said, “I have seen Sachin Tendulkar’s batting for free from the non-striker’s end and even while sitting in the dressing room. But now it is time to spend some money and watch his movie. I will definitely go and watch his movie and will spend some money. I even expect that you (fans) all will also go and watch his movie because the kind of inspiration that the kids can get from his movie, they can’t get it from anywhere else. ”

Indian team attended the movie premier

Last night, Tendulkar organised a special premiere where the Indian team made an appearance before flying to England for the Champions Trophy. Almost all the players were seen at the premier which was held at Mumbai’s Versova, from Virat Kohli to MS Dhoni, Yuvraj Singh and the others.
