Former Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag’s witty tweets have been making rounds on the internet lately. A day without Sehwag trolling someone seems to happen only in dreams and this time it was the turn of the New Zealand skipper Kane Willamson.
Sehwag compares a picture of Williamson‘s felicitation to a typical Kanpur wedding photography which includes all the relatives. “Looks like foreigner rewarded at Baraat in Kanpur, With Mausaji, Babuji, Fufaji & Bhaukaal wale Mamaji,” reads Sehwag’s tweet.

The photo was posted with a Williamson’s photo being honoured by Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association. In the picture, Williamson is wearing a shawl while he is receiving a memento from BCCI President Anurag Thakur.
The New Zealand team led by Williamson is currently touring India. The first match of the series began today with the two sides taking on each other for the first Test match of the three-match series. This is the historic 500th Test match for India and they will be itching to seal a win in the match to start off the big season on a positive note.

Earlier, Sehwag pointed out a mistake made by the Times Of India (TOI) sports news channel. They shared an infographic image of the fabulous five of team India – Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid, Sourav Ganguly, VVS Laxman and Virender Sehwag, but stats of Sehwag mentioned by the channel was wrong.
“Why reducing average from 49.34 to 45.97 .Tax kat ta hai average par bhi? And tests were 104 ,though 1 was for ROW,” questions Sehwag.

However, the channel removed the Tweet once they realise the mistake but by the time Sehwag’s tweet had taken rounds on the internet. On a lighter note, let me believe I’m not the victim of Sehwag’s tweet when I wake up tomorrow.
