Virender Sehwag tweets a funny GIF as he prays for rain

The Indian team was left in a precarious situation at stumps on Day 4, after the Men in Blue lost three quick wickets in their chase of 286. The Indian colts eventually culminated the day on 35/3, needing more 252 runs for a win on Day 5. The disappointing batting display has once again poured water on all hopes of a comeback in the three-Test series.

Speaking on the same lines, former India cricketer Virender Sehwag on Wednesday tweeted a funny GIF from Aamir Khan starrer ‘Lagaan’, implying that only rain will be able to save India from such a perilous situation. Sehwag believes that the Virat Kohli-led team can only save the Test match if the rain gods come to India’s rescue as he wrote on Twitter, “India have to hope for this today in Centurion.”

No team has ever chased down India’s target at Centurion
