A lot has been speculated and rumoured so far about the marriage of Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma, the most celebrated couple this year. While nothing has been confirmed so far from both parties, the happening of events around has kept their fans interested and equally excited about the much-awaited wedding ceremony. Moreover, their marriage has been almost confirmed now which will reportedly take place in the heritage resort in Tuscany. Ever since the Indian skipper Virat Kohli was rested for the ODI and T20I series against Sri Lanka, the speculations of their marriage notched a level higher. Despite the denial of the news from the spokesperson of Anushka, the excitement of the impending event grew. Soon the Bollywood diva was spotted with her family at Mumbai airport last week at the same time when Virat was at Delhi airport as the duo was about to travel Switzerland for the grand wedding. Marriage Venue While earlier it was reported that they will tie the knot at a luxurious hotel in Milan, the heritage property at a resort in Tuscany, Italy is being speculated as the latest venue. A typical Punjabi wedding is on the cards with the professional bhangra dancers were seen entering the resort. Meanwhile, the CEO of Adelaide Oval Stadium in Australia also expressed his interest to host the wedding ceremony of the Indian couple. Wedding date The wedding dates are being changed time and again according to different reports all over the country. First, it was predicted that Virat and Anushka will get hitched on either December 11 or 12 but the latest update on the matter is they have agreed upon the 15th day of the same month. December 18 is also the date which is being speculated right now. Who all are invited? The wedding ceremony of Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma is being touted as one of the grand events of the year but in reality, only a few have been invited by the couple. The legendary cricketers, Sachin Tendulkar and Yuvraj Singh are the only two invited from the cricketing fraternity with the childhood coach of the Indian skipper Rajkumar Sharma also among the list. Shahrukh Khan, Aamir Khan and Aditya Chopra also reportedly have made the cut in the invitee list. Maneesh Sharma, the film director, who is known to be close to Anushka, has also been invited. Grand wedding reception on the cards? While the lovebirds are exchanging the marriage vows in the presence of very few guests, a grand wedding reception in Mumbai is on the cards. December 26 is the most likely date of the reception which will also allow the Indian team to attend the event as the ongoing limited-overs series against Sri Lanka concludes on 24th of the same month. The reception date won’t go beyond December 26 as the Indian team is set to travel South Africa a couple of days after that for a gruelling tour of 3 Tests, 6 ODIs and 3 T20Is.
