After spending three matches with a win, the Hampshire team has secured their 2nd consecutive win in the T20 Blast. On Thursday, they got better of Essex in Chelmsford, a team with a fragile batting line-up. The hosts were cruising at 81/1 in the 9th over before Hampshire got a breakthrough. They utilized the opportunity by bundling out Essex to 133 and chased it down in 15.4 overs.

They will now host Glamorgan on Friday at the Rose Bowl. The Colin Ingram-led side is the only team in this T20 Blast who are yet to win even a single game. They had a perfect chance to register their maiden win on Friday against Gloucestershire. Andrew Tye came up with an unbeaten 18-ball 38 and played a crucial role in ending the game in a Tie which is more or less a victory for the Gloucester.

Expert Advice:

In the most likely scenario, only one of Colin Ingram and Fakhar Zaman could be seen succeeding with the bat. If Fakhar goes well, Ingram’s efficiency goes down if he comes late. In the other case around, Ingram will have plenty in hand to raise a big score.

Probable Winners:

Glamorgan is expected to bounce back at home by registering their first win of the tournament.
