Everyone knows Virat Kohli as an aggressive, passionate and outspoken cricketer. But, yesterday, during the dinner party at the Indian High Commission, people saw the softer side of the Kohli. The Indian Test skipper sang the famous classic Hindi song ‘Wada kiya hai to nibha na padega’ with the host of the event.
Kohli showcased his singing skills and entertained everybody at the event. He posted the videos of his cameo performances on his Instagram ID and soon the thing became viral. His teammates also seem to be enjoying his performance. Yuvraj did the best thing by recording the moments.
There have been many instances when Indian cricketers have let out the singer in themselves. Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Virender Sehwag, Sachin Tendulkar and many others have sung their favorite songs at various events in the past. It is always refreshing to watch your favorite cricketers in a completely different mood than they are of the field.
The past few days have very eventful ones. The Indian team is fresh from a superb victory over Pakistan in which Virat Kohli starred. Kohli was the ‘Man of the Match’ for his brilliant knock of 49 runs which enabled India to a five-wicket win. Besides, his match-winning knock, his duel with the fiery Mohammed Amir was also the most talked about moments after the match got over. The left-armer had wrecked havoc before Kohli encountered him smoothly, just like the way he sung the lyrics in this video.
