10. Tymal mills

He was part of the Mumbai Indians squad in the IPL. Featuring in five games so far, he has picked up six wickets at a high economy rate of 11.17. Mills hasn’t looked at his best recently and might miss out on the T20 World Cup 2022.

9. Mohammad Hafeez

Hafeez was a part of the T20 World Cup 2021 team and played 6 matches but could not perform well and scored just 85 runs. He decided to hang his boots from international cricket earlier this year.

8. Asghar Afghan

He was a part of the Afghanistan team in the T20 World Cup 2021 and made an impressive 31 in 23 balls against Namibia. The heartbreaking loss to Pakistan forced him to take retirement from all forms of cricket.

7. Sarfaraz Ahmed

Due to his poor performance last year, he did not find a place in the T20 World Cup 2021 squad initially. However, he was recalled to the Pakistan squad after the exclusion of Azam khan.

6. Daryl Mitchell

However, Mitchell, currently playing in the IPL, hasn’t been in the best of forms scoring just 33 runs in the two games and conceding at 13.50 rpo without taking a wicket.

5. Tom Curran

In the T20 World Cup 2021, he replaced his brother Sam Curran who was ruled out due to a back injury. He did not get enough chances to play and in the matches, he played he wasn’t very impactful.

4. Kieron Pollard

Pollard is considered a T20 specialist player but his last T20 World Cup did not go well. He was the captain of the West Indies team which did not perform well in the T20 World cup 2021 and was knocked out of the World Cup in the league stage.

Bravo has represented his team in the six world cup campaigns. In the T20 world cup 2021, he was not up to his potential and when West Indies were knocked out from the league stages, he decided to hang his boots from international cricket.

2. Varun Chakravarthy

Varun Chakravarthy played 3 matches in the T20 World Cup 2021. He conceded 71 runs without picking up a wicket. His performance in the ongoing IPL 2022 hasn’t been good either. Varun Chakraborty is likely to be out in the 2022 tournament.

1. Rahul Chahar

Talking about Chahar’s current performance in IPL 2022, it hasn’t been all that good. He has picked up 14 wickets in 13 games at an economy of 7.71 and an average of 25.71. Chahar is likely to miss out especially considering Yuzi Chahal is among the leading wicket-takers in the tournament.
