After facing defeat in the ODI series, Kyle Mayers helped the side to turn things around in the Test match against Bangladesh. Owing to his sensational knock the team was able to emerge triumphant against the opposition by 3 wickets in the first Test.
3. Josh Philippe
Josh Philippe entered the high-profile Big Bash League for the first time when he was signed by the Perth Scorchers back in the 2017/18 season. However, he did not quite get the opportunity to showcase his prowess there. In the 2018/19 season, he became part of the Sydney Sixers and that is where he grabbed the attention.

The left-arm seamer had to stay away from cricket owing to injuries. In the historic Gabba Test, he became the 300th Indian player to don the Test cap as he was handed a debut in the fourth and final Test against Australia. He came to the limelight after his impressive performances in IPL 2020.
