The winner of the league receives prize money of £175,000 which is approximately equal to INR 1.67 Crores and the runner-up receives prize money of £78,000. et in May last year but made it clear that he would continue to play franchise cricket. 

Caribbean Premier League (CPL) was established by the Cricket West Indies (CWI) in 2013 and since then it has been one of the most followed tournaments globally. The winner of the tournament receives prize money of $1 million which is approximately equal to INR 7.98 Crores while the runner-up receives prize money of $660,000.

4. Caribbean Premier League

Pakistan Super League established by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), has been one of the rapidly growing cricket leagues and the tournament is starting to find a lot more popularity. The winner of the tournament receives prize money of PKR 80 million which is equal to INR 3.40 Crores approximately while the runner-up receives PKR 32 million.

3. Pakistan Super League

Eight teams namely, Adelaide Strikers, Melbourne Renegades, Melbourne Stars, Sydney Sixers, Sydney Thunder, Hobart Hurricanes, Perth Scorchers, and Brisbane Heat take on each other in group stages. The winner of the tournament receives a cash prize of $450,000 which is equal to INR 2.48 Crores while the runner-up receives $260,000.

Indian Premier League (IPL) no doubt, is the most popular T20 league going around the world and its success is quite evident in the way the tournament has been structured. The winner of the tournament gets INR 20 Crores, while the runner-up receives INR 13 Crores.
