Bollywood actors Anushka Sharma and Ranbir Kapoor are reportedly exploring minority stakes in RCB as part of a consortium-led bid.

Anushka Sharma is said to be in talks for around a three per cent stake in RCB, valued at nearly INR 400 crore, as per reports.

With Virat Kohli still central to RCB, questions arise as BCCI rules bar players from owning IPL stakes, raising possible technical hurdles.

Ranbir Kapoor is reportedly considering a two per cent stake worth INR 300–350 crore, adding to his growing portfolio of sports investments.

Alongside celebrity names, business heavyweights are expected to bid, with RCB valued at close to $2 billion.
