Bangladesh Cricket Board writes another letter to ICC- Check what they said

The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has written a second letter to the ICC, detailing its concerns over travelling to India for the upcoming T20 World Cup.

In the fresh letter, the BCB has specifically explained security-related issues, responding to the ICC’s request for clarity.

The BCB has once again urged the ICC to shift Bangladesh’s matches from India to co-host Sri Lanka.

The ICC had previously turned down BCB’s request to relocate matches, prompting the follow-up letter.

The decision to write again was taken after discussions with Bangladesh Sports Ministry advisor Asif Nazrul, indicating government backing.

With Bangladesh scheduled to play three matches in Kolkata and one in Mumbai, the latest development has cast uncertainty over their participation in India for the tournament.
