Cheteshwar Pujara has retired from Indian cricket. The Test legend had a long career for India and also featured in the IPL.
Pujara played in the IPL for four different franchises – KKR, RCB, Punjab Kings, and CSK.
In his IPL career, Pujara played 30 matches and scored 390 runs in 22 innings.
Pujara’s highest IPL score was 51 and his strike rate was 99.74.
In 2021, Pujara was with Chennai Super Kings. The team won the IPL trophy that year, but he didn’t play any match. That was his last season in the IPL.
Known as a Test specialist, Pujara’s IPL story was short but unique, leaving memories as a steady batter in a league of power-hitters.
