Rasikh Salam’s economy in the previous game was maintained well. He didn’t pick a wicket, but bowled economically, not conceding many runs.

7. Sunil Narine

Narine hasn’t batted much in the tournament so far, because the top and middle-order batters manage it all. But he can be as good with the bat, as he is with the ball. He is known for his ability as a finisher and can play a match-winning knock for the team.

6. Andre Russell

Andre Russell has performed well so far, his 18-ball 25 against RCB and the 31-ball unbeaten 70 against the PBKS showcased him as the rescuer of the game. He’s known for finishing the game with his boundaries and helping the team put up a big score, or chase down a huge score.

5. Nitish Rana

Nitish Rana, who is a proven match-winner for KKR. He’s yet to find his usual form, but once he does, he can create destruction with the bat.

4. Sam Billings (wk)

Sam Billings played well against Mumbai and hit a couple of sixes before being dismissed. He can steer the game.

3. Shreyas Iyer (c)

Shreyas Iyer can handle the pressure put on him and can play a composed innings in the game. And when it’s the Delhi Capitals in the opposition, he’ll be able to strategize really well.

2. Venkatesh Iyer

Venkatesh has gained a lot of confidence after his remarkable game against the Mumbai Indians. He opened with the bat and remained unbeaten throughout the game, scoring a 41-ball 50.

1. Ajinkya Rahane

The game will see their regular openers of the season- Rahane and Venkatesh- open with the bat. The team will rely on their openers to give a kick-start. Rahane will have to find his lost form, and perform in the way he played the first game against CSK.
