Amir with yet another bold statement

Former Pakistani player Mohammed Amir has made another bold prediction about the final: New Zealand will win against India.

What did Amir say?

“New Zealand delivered a complete performance against South Africa in the semi-final. As a team, they have consistently been giving complete performances. For India, I still feel their wins are coming mainly because of two players. Jasprit Bumrah and Sanju Samson have made a significant impact," Amir said on Haarna Mana Hai.

He added...

“The Narendra Modi Stadium will favor New Zealand. Looking at the bowling department, New Zealand seems to be in better form than India. Aside from Bumrah, I don’t see anyone else in form. Both Varun Chakaravarthy and Hardik Pandya are struggling," he added.

New Zealand a better side

“Both teams have similar batting line-ups with strong players. However, New Zealand’s bowling is in good form, whereas India relies heavily on Bumrah. That’s why I think New Zealand will win," Amir concluded.

Yet another controversial call

Despite Amir's failed predictions in the past against India, he is still backing New Zealand this time, and he believes that the Black Caps have an upper hand in this battle and they will come triumphant in this finale.
