Ritika Sajdeh paid ₹1.31 crore as stamp duty, along with a registration fee of ₹30,000, and officially registered the property on December 12, 2025.
Interestingly, the price of this luxury home is reported to be higher than Rohit Sharma’s IPL salary, highlighting the scale of the investment and the couple’s strong financial standing.
