Ravindra Jadeja has been part of four IPL teams since 2008. From a young U19 star to a proven match-winner, his journey across franchises is truly remarkable.
Jadeja began his IPL career with Rajasthan Royals. Signed for $50,000, he scored 430 runs and took 6 wickets in two seasons, helping RR win the inaugural IPL title in 2008.
After a one-year ban in 2010, Jadeja joined Kochi Tuskers Kerala in 2011 for $950,000. He impressed with 283 runs in 14 matches for the now-defunct franchise.
CSK bought Jadeja for $2 million in 2012. Since then, he’s played 186 matches, scoring 2198 runs and taking 143 wickets. Retained for ₹18 crore ahead of IPL 2025, he’s now a CSK legend.
When CSK were banned, Jadeja played for Gujarat Lions. In 27 matches, he scored 349 runs and picked up 13 wickets, proving his all-round consistency yet again.
From Rajasthan Royals to Chennai Super Kings, Ravindra Jadeja has shone for every team. A 3-time IPL champion and CSK’s top wicket-taker, his legacy continues to grow.
