Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma have purchased a 5.19-acre plot of land in Zeerad village, Alibaug, near Mumbai.
The land deal is worth Rs 37.86 crore, as revealed by real estate data firm CRE Matrix.
The couple paid Rs 2.27 crore as stamp duty for the property.
The registration process was completed on January 13, 2026.
The deal was handled by Virat’s brother Vikas Kohli and Anushka’s father Colonel Ajay Sharma.
Virat and Anushka already own an 8-acre property in Alibaug, where they built a 10,000 sq ft luxury holiday home, indicating plans for further development in the area.
