Anshul Kamboj made his Test debut for India at the age of 24 on 23rd July 2025 in the 4th Test against England.
Anshul Kamboj was first discovered and guided by coach Tejinder Mann at the Shri Ram Narayan Cricket Club in Rohtak, Haryana.
His 10-wicket haul in Ranji Trophy and stellar performance in the Duleep Trophy 2023–24 put him on the national radar.
MI (Mumbai Indians) were the first IPL team to pick and sign Anshul in the 2024 IPL auction at his base price of ₹20 lakh.
In IPL 2025, Kamboj was bought by Chennai Super Kings, where he gained attention. His form and growth at CSK helped him for India Test team call-up for the ENG series.
Mumbai Indians scouted him first, but CSK helped refine him into a potential international star.
