This tour was expected to be a one-sided affair with England coming in with such high confidence. But an unexpected resurgence from Windies saw them defeat their opponents 2-1 in the Test series and in the limited overs fixtures, its 1-1 as it stands in the ODIs.

Arguably the biggest test for Windies before heading into the World Cup, they will be keen to prove the cricketing world that they still are a huge force to reckon with in any format of the game. After scoring 360 runs in the first game and winning the second game with ease, they clearly are on top of their form.

England though will not retreat so easily. They are touted as the best ODI side in the World right now and rightly so, the ODI rankings vindicate the hypothesis. A test of character awaits them in Greneda and they definitely will be the favourites to clear it.

Pitch Report

After two action-packed encounters in Barbados, the focus now shifts to Greneda where the next two ODIs will be played. Some showers are expected to interrupt the proceedings. Historically, the stadium has not provided too high scoring games often, but a flat deck is expected for the upcoming two encounters.
