Sunil Narine yet again sizzled with the bat as the West Indian star scored 81 runs from just 39 balls. This brutal assault meant that Kolkata Knight Riders scored a massive 235/6 from their 20 overs. It was also the first time any team had scored 200 runs at the Ekana Stadium.

Phil Salt and Angkrish Raghuvanshi both scored 32 to keep the score ticking. Ramandeep Singh then ended the innings with a quick 25 not out from just 6 balls with just a single four and three massive sixes.
