5. Tom Curran
This cape town-born cricketer represents England in international cricket. The medium-pacer is famous for his deadly yorkers and hard-hitting abilities down the order. However, besides having an enormous amount of talent, he hasn’t shown his potential in the big matches yet.
This tall and lanky bowler got the England cap for the first time on 23 June 2017 against South Africa and earned international recognition very early.
He has played 60 matches for England taking 65 wickets along with scoring 433 runs.
In the T20 World Cup 2021, he replaced his brother Sam Curran who was ruled out due to a back injury. He did not get enough chances to play and in the matches, he played he wasn’t very impactful.
