Bhuvneshwar Kumar, the Indian fast bowler, is currently spending his time at his residence even as India is still reeling from the jolt of the coronavirus pandemic. The speedster has been spending some gala time with his wife Nupur Nagar as he doesn’t have any cricket to play for the time being. Bhuvneshwar, himself, is married to Nupur since November 23, 2017. The duo has posted pictures of theirs on a regular basis. As far as cricket goes, the Meerut-born pacer has been an integral part of the Indian team, especially in ODI and T20I cricket. He made his debut against Pakistan back in December 2012 and rattled the batsmen with his ability to swing the ball both ways.

In a couple of months’ time, he also found his way into the ODI and Test team. However, even as he has flourished in the limited-overs formats, he hasn’t been able to hold on to his Test spot. It was during India’s series against South Africa in January 2018 when Bhuvneshwar last played in Tests.

From there onwards, Jasprit Bumrah, Ishant Sharma, Umesh Yadav and Mohammed Shami have shouldered India’s fast bowling armoury in the purest format. In 2020, Bhuvneshwar hasn’t played any cricket. He was set to play for Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the IPL, which had to be postponed for an indefinite time period owing to COVID-19.
