2. Shakib Al Hasan

Shakib Al Hasan has played almost every franchise league around the world. He has been featuring in the IPL since 2011 and has 66 wickets and 793 runs to his name. The left-handed batter has also won two titles with Kolkata Knight Riders in 2012 and 2014.

The IPL 2023 auction witnessed Shakib going unsold in the first round. However, KKR again invested in him and bought him at his base price of 1.5 crore in the accelerated round. However, it will be difficult for Shakib to find a place in the XI in the presence of Sunil Narine and Varun Chakravarthy.

The management might play with all the spinners on slow pitches like Chennai and Jaipur. Nevertheless, the experience of 383 T20 matches will help the 35-year-old to continue a good run in the cash-rich league.
