2. Khaleel Ahmed
Khaleel Ahmed will be tasked to lead the bowling unit for CSK at the 2026 IPL season. The fast bowler played in all 14 days last time around, taking 15 wickets to be his side’s second-highest wicket-taker that season.
Khaleel will be expected to take the new ball for CSK and get early wickets with his swing. Though he can also be on the expensive side from time to time, the 28-year-old remained a threat and also an Impact Sub option for the 2023 champions.
Playing for Rajasthan in the domestic circuit, Khaleel comes into the 2026 tournament on the back of taking a plethora of wickets in the Vijay Hazare Trophy.
