Dubai Police have come out with stringent security measures for the blockbuster encounter between India and Pakistan in the final of Asia Cup 2025 on Sunday, September 28. The arch-rivals are poised to take on each other for the third time in the ongoing continental tournament.

The protocols were announced by the Dubai Events Security Committee on the eve of the match. Violations of the guidelines will lead to strict legal action as the organisers have emphasised on how crucial it is to maintain peace amid adrenaline-charged outings such as this one.

Authorities have enforced a firm prohibition on fireworks and flares and have also told the spectators to coordinate with the security personnel at the venue by arriving on time. There have been instructions related to parking and traffic as well as safety and order seem to be the top priority for the authorities, especially since the tickets for the iconic encounter have been sold out and a large turnout is on the cards.
