In an unprecedented sequence of events, the four playoffs teams in IPL 2025 have been decided with as many as seven league stage matches to go. And now the only significance of these seven games is determining which two of those four teams finish at positions 1 and 2 on the points table

Match No. 65 of IPL 2025 will be held between Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Sunrisers Hyderabad. While carded as a home game for RCB, inclement weather in Bengaluru made the league take the decision of shifting the game to Lucknow. RCB have also qualified for the playoffs while SRH have not.

There is quite literally nothing to write about when specifically talking about RCB's most recent match. Scheduled against KKR at Bengaluru, the match had to be abandoned even without the toss owing to incessant rain.

SRH got some respite with a consolation win over LSG in Lucknow that knocked the hosts out of the tournament. Just like every other time, fifties from Mitchell Marsh and Aiden Markram started LSG off. Nicholas Pooran got a start, but none of their other batters got going.

Abhishek Sharma started SRH off on the right path for chasing the total down. The real blow came in the seventh over when Abhishek hit Ravi Bishnoi for four sixes in the over totaling for 26 runs. Heinrich Klaasen, Kamindu Mendis and Ishan Kishan took care of the rest.
