Bugibba Blasters faced Southern Crusaders in their last match where the toss was won by Southern Crusaders and they chose to bowl. Blasters put up a decent show with the bat as they put up a total of 78 at the loss of seven wickets after the end of 10 overs. Crusaders, although looked like they batted on a different track altogether. They didn’t lose a single wicket throughout their chase and chased down the target in just half the number of balls. Southern Crusaders easily won the match by 10 wickets.

Marsa squared off against Swieqi United in their last encounter where they won the toss and elected to bat. Marsa batters were in good form and had put up a good show with the bat as they posted a total of 89 runs at the expense of five wickets at the end of first innings. Swieqi United started brilliantly as they kept their run-rate high. They lost a few wickets but did not slow down and hence they chased down the target with 10 balls to spare. Swieqi United eventually won the match by seven wickets.
