Batting first, Multan posted a competitive total of 192 runs, but Islamabad chased it down comfortably in 18.4 overs. Mark Chapman starred with a superb knock of 69 runs off 33 balls, while Shadab Khan made a valuable contribution of 36 runs. With the ball, all of Islamabad’s bowlers played their part well, with each of them claiming at least one wicket.
