The year 2015 promises to be an absolute cricket fanatic delight as tons of high quality cricket await us in this year. The diary is filled with some spectacular cricket action all around the world which promises to thrill any zealous follower of the game. Here are the top 5 cricket tournaments of the year 2015 which every cricket fan should watch out for. 1. Australia-India-England Triangular Series (Jan-Feb): The tri-series between Australia India and England will serve as the perfect dress rehearsal for the World cup 2015. (Photo Source: BCCI) This Triangular series just before the World Cup 2015 and in Australia, which will also host the world cup in less than a month post the conclusion of this series. This will be ideal for all the three teams involved to analyze their strengths and weakness. Both India and England will look to get accustom to the conditions and find out the most apt combination going into the World Cup. This series will commence on the 16th of January and after each team will play other twice in the round-robin stage. Final of the tri-series will be played at WACA on the 1st of February. Schedule 1. The number of players who are out for the auctions again makes it interesting to see who grabs whom and how will teams look like when the IPL returns for its 8th season. 4. The Ashes(July-August): The Ashes 2015 promises to offer lot more than conventional rivalry. The whole cricketing world looks forward to this ancient rivalry as the two oldest teams of the game clash for a small yet priceless wood ‘the Urn’. Cardiff will host the opening match of the series on the 8th of July and the last match of the ashes will be played from the 20th to 24th of August at THE OVAL.
