The Rajasthan Royals found themselves in a spot of bother just a day before the commencement of IPL 2022 when skipper Sanju Samson had urged the franchise’s social media team to behave professionally after they had played a social media prank on him on March 25. Sanju’s photo which was clicked while he was supposedly relaxing in the team bus was given a hilarious touch with the usage of filters.

Moments after Samson had criticized the RR social media team for the prank, the Rajasthan Royals team management issued a statement where they took strict action against them by mentioning that the franchise has decided to appoint a new team in due course. Now, the admin has shown his hilarious side after getting fired.

Rajasthan Royals give a hilarious send-off to social media admin

In the video posted by the Royals on their official Twitter handle, the franchise’s social media admin hilariously tries to convince the players and the members of the support staff to save his job. Meanwhile, the person’s face cannot be seen as he is standing behind the camera. Young all-rounder Riyan Parag urges the person to have a word with head coach Kumar Sangakkara and bowling coach Lasith Malinga.

Meanwhile, wicketkeeper-batter Jos Buttler, who is in the makeup room supposedly for an ad shoot wished the admin luck for his future endeavors. Hilariously, even Malinga and Sangakkara ignore him as well. “Who is this?”, asks the former pacer before saying “Go away!” When the camera focuses on Sangakkara he says “Don’t even ask. Never liked you anyway!”

At the end of the video, the social media admin is welcomed by the top management who lectures him about his engagements in the last years and also informs him of the boundaries and the guidelines that need to be respected. At the same time, they also let the admin know that the IPL is not about him but about the players and the franchise before telling him that a car is waiting for him outside and he may leave as the video ends.
