It would not be an exaggeration to say that Rashid Khan is the best spinner in T20 cricket at the moment. The Afghanistan cricketer boasts of stellar numbers in his IPL career. The leg spinner has taken 93 wickets in IPL cricket and has taken them at a superb average of 20.56.
Khan is a bowler who gives nothing away, can frustrate the batter with his impeccable line and length. In fact, he has many weapons in his arsenal a lot of variations that can, more often than not, catch the batters off guard.
Realising the immense value that he brings to the table, the Gujarat Titans bought the leg spinner for a colossal amount of INR 15 crore. The four overs that Rashid bowls will be crucial for his side in their clash against the Lucknow Super Giants.
