IPL 2026 Stats

The world is set for yet another season of the IPL (Indian Premier League). The IPL 2025 will kick off on March 22, 2025.

10 franchises will go toe-to-toe for the coveted title, the IPL 2024 saw many sides put in excellent performances, especially with the bat. Scores above 200 became quite normal, as stars like Travis Head, Jos Buttler, and many more showcased their skills on the biggest stage of them all. 

It is worth noting that in the IPL 2024, ace India batter Virat Kohli won the IPL Orange Cap after he scored 741 runs throughout the tournament. He was closely followed by Ruturaj Gaikwad, who scored 583 runs and Riyan Parag who scored 573 runs.

Furthermore, the IPL Purple Cap was won by Harshal Patel after his marvellous campaign where he took 24 wickets. Varun Chakaravarthy finished in second place in the standings with 21 wickets to his name.

With the exceptional performance in the IPL 2024, the stars will once again look to top the stats charts in the upcoming season of the tournament. Ever since the inception of the tournament, the fans have been treated to several entertaining seasons of the tournament, and the same could be the case with the IPL 2025.
