This was one the most thrilling knocks Sachin Tendulkar has ever played in his ODI career. Australia had put up a daunting target of 351 for India to chase after batting first at Hyderabad in the year 2009. Tendulkar opened the innings and batted almost till the end of the chase. Wickets kept falling around him but he was on song that day. Tendulkar started cautiously but then batted seamlessly. His knock almost took the game away from the Aussies but Clint McKay left the stadium in pin drop silence after he dismissed the maestro in the 48th over. He failed to take India to a win that as they lost the match by 3 runs but despite that he was awarded the man of the match.
