This is the match termed as the greatest match of all time. Australia made the first ever score of 434/4 thanks to Ricky Ponting (164) and Mike Hussey (81 off 51). South Africa came all cylinders firing with Graeme Smith (90 off 55) and Herschelle Gibbs (175) took South Africa within touching distance of the total. Mark Boucher (50) made sure South Africa over haul the target in the final over with just 1 wicket remaining. This is the highest total chased and the highest score made batting second in an ODI.
