An all-round contribution from a player is valuable for the team in any format of the game. Test cricket has seen many great contributions with the bat and the ball both in one particular match. These may or may not have helped the team win the match however certainly left a mark on the match. Here’s a look at 10 players who scored a ton and also took the most wickets in a Test.

10. Mushtaq Mohammad (Pakistan) – 121 & 8/97:

In the 1977 Test in Trinidad, the Pakistan’s skipper Mushtaq Mohammad led from the front to give his team a famous series-leveling win against the West Indies. His 121 in the first innings helped the visitors to 341. His five-for bowling leg-spin contributed in bowling out the Windies for 154. He scored 56 and took 3 more in the second innings as Pakistan won the match by 266 runs.
