Top 10 wicket keepers with most dismissals in IPL: Indian premier League teams always have to put their trust on a reliable wicket keeper who is suitable to their composition. But there are only few players who could stand in the League for a certain period. Here, we look at the wicket keepers with most dismissals in IPL. Here is the list of Top 10 wicket keepers with most dismissals in IPL : 10. Sanju Samson – 22 Sanju Samson has 22 dismissals in IPL. Samson represented for Delhi Daredevils & Rajasthan Royals till date in his 3-years IPL career. He has played 41 games in this tournament and caught 17 catches & made 2 stumpings behind the stumps. 9. Manvinder Bisla – 24 Manvinder Bisla has 24 dismissals in IPL. Kumar Sangakkara – 43 Kumar Sangakkara has 43 dismissals in IPL. In the 71 matches he played, he kept in 51 innings and made 43 dismissals and stood at 7th in most dismissals by a keeper in IPL. 7. Wriddhiman Saha – 45 Wriddhiman Saha has 45 dismissals in IPL. Saha, played for Chennai Super Kings, Kolkata Knight Riders and Kings XI Punjab in his 8 years of IPL career. He played 81 matches in IPL and caught 31 catches & made 14 stumpings behind the stumps. 6. Naman Ojha – 54 Naman Ojha with 54 dismissals behind wickets stood at 5th in list of most dismissals by a keeper in IPL. He played for Rajasthan Royals, Delhi Daredevils and Sunrisers Hyderabad in his IPL career which began in 2009. In the 84 matches he played in IPL, he kept 83 times and made 10 stumpings and caught 44 times. 5. Parthiv Patel – 59 Parthiv Patel has 59 dismissals in IPL. Gilchrist made 67 dismissals in the 80 matches he kept wickets by making 16 stumpings and 51 catches, the most by anyone in IPL. 2. MS Dhoni – 80 MS Dhoni made 80 dismissals in IPL. In the 132 matches he played in IPL, he kept wickets in 125 innings and made 80 dismissals with 56 catches and 24 stumpings, 2nd most by any keeper in IPL. 1. He played for Delhi Daredevils, Mumbai Indians, Kings XI Punjab and Royal Challengers Bangalore in 125 matches he played in overall.
