Top 11 Teams with Most Runs in IPL: Runs are the heartbeat of cricket. With the balance of the game shifting more towards the batsmen in the last decade; winning the game is certainly more about how big you are able to score. The IPL is a run-fest with hundreds of runs scored every match. So let us take a look at the Top 11 Teams with Most Runs in IPL. 11. Kochi Tuskers Kerala – 1901 runs: KTK has 1901 runs in IPL. They were able to score 1901 runs in the 2010 season in which they played 14 matches. The next year, due to financial issues, the team was dissolved and the franchise no longer exists in the IPL. 10. They played just 3 seasons and were able to amass as many as 6358 runs. With the likes of Robin Uthappa, Aaron Finch, Yuvraj Singh, Steve Smith and Jesse Ryder in their ranks one would expect them to score a humpty number of runs in every match they play. Unfortunately, the side is non-functional now. 9. Sunrisers Hyderabad – 7480 runs: SRH have 7480 runs in IPL. The Sunrisers’ have managed to accumulate 7480 runs in the fewer seasons they’ve played. That is high considering the fact that they’ve played only 3 seasons.
