2. Jacques Kallis (Royal Challengers Bangalore) – 2010

Jacques Kallis is one of the best all-rounders to have graced the game. The South African has played some fantastic innings with the bat while providing some invaluable wickets when handed the bowl. In 2010, he was one of the most consistent batters in the league. He smacked the bowlers for six half centuries that season.

The Protea scored 572 runs and missed the orange cap by just 46 runs. Sachin Tendulkar was the Orange Cap bearer that year scoring 618 runs. Kallis went on to play for Kolkata Knight Riders as well. He was one of the few veterans who successfully plied their trade in this league.
