On July 22nd, 2019, there was the seventh India vs Pakistan world cup encounter going to take place. Like any other India-Pakistan game, this was also tensed and hyped battle. And the whole of India was expecting India to win for the seventh time in a row. There was plenty of quality cricket, but nearly all of them were from one side.

Kohli’s men batted first and put 336 on the board and showed a quality display of batting with Rohit Sharma scoring 140 and the skipper and KL Rahul scoring 77 and 57 respectively and Hardik Pandya also played a good cameo.

Rain affected the Pakistan innings and they got a revised target of 302 in 40 overs but the Indian bowlers did a fantastic job and restricted them for only 212 despite good innings from Fakhar Zaman and Babar Azam and India registered its seventh win as expected.
