3 Delhi Capitals players who could get a bigger role under Sourav Ganguly
Sourav Ganguly takes charge as Delhi Capitals head coach ahead of IPL 2027, and these three players stand to benefit from the change.
2. Madhav Tiwari
Madhav Tiwari is an all-rounder from Madhya Pradesh who featured in the 2026 IPL season for Delhi Capitals, contributing with both seam bowling and lower-order death hitting. He was part of the squad listed for the 2026 season but only cemented his place in the side in Delhi's last matches of the campaign.
His inclusion as a consistent option could help Delhi Capitals manage their overseas combinations more effectively. As a domestic all-rounder who can contribute in multiple phases of the game, Tiwari offers the kind of flexibility that a new coaching staff often values when reshaping a squad's balance.
