5 IPL stars who may lose big money in the next auction
There have been some big buys who have failed to live up to expectation in the Indian Premier League (IPL).
3. Rinku Singh (KKR)
There was a lot expected of Rinku Singh this season, especially after he was retained for ₹13 Cr ahead of the mega-auction this season. Rinku Singh was set to be one of the up-and-coming finishers for the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) but has not been able to play that role to perfection. There might be a chance that the 27-year-old batter might see a bit of a decline in his salary going into the next season.
Rinku Singh, despite batting up the order this season, has failed to live up to the expectations and has not been able to play the big innings he was expected to play. In the 12 matches he has played this season, he could only manage 197 runs at an average of 32.83.
