The cricketing trends on social media revolved around a number of events. On Thursday, May 28, the Bengalis around the world celebrate ‘Jamai Shoshti’ where the Bengal’s son-in-law gets to come closer to the family in a traditional way. Earlier this year, Liton Das of Bangladesh tied the knots with Debasri Biswas Sonchita after he took a break from the tour of Sri Lanka last July. Both of them uploaded adorable pictures where some delicious food was presented to Liton. Before the 2019 World Cup, the duo got married and are currently spending their time in lockdown owing to the coronavirus pandemic across the globe.

Indian women’s prodigy Smriti Mandhana uploaded a picture where she was wearing a beautiful dress and a pretty smile. Shakib Al Hasan, the Bangladesh veteran, has been spending his time with his two daughters- Alaina and Errum. Recently, he became father to Errum with wife Umme Ahmed Shishir. Jemimah Rodrigues posted a picture from her childhood and called herself a caveman. She has also been hosting the show Double Trouble with teammate Mandhana.

England women’s Tammy Beaumont has been working out of her skin to keep herself fit in the lockdown phase. Virender Sehwag, the former Indian cricketer, was busy preparing some meal for the ones affected in the coronavirus pandemic. He also conjured praises from Harbhajan Singh. Australia’s Peter Siddle has bid goodbye to his domestic side Victoria Bushrangers after serving them for 16 long years. Pakistan women’s Kainat Imtiaz had a hilarious video to share in lockdown.
