Hasan Ali has effortlessly been one of the most potent fast bowlers to have played the game. He has been a prolific wicket-taker and also a handy lower order batsman. However, apart from his prowess on the cricket pitch, the Punjab-born fast bowler also has some hidden skills, which came to light during the final of the third edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).

“Not a dancer”- Hasan Ali

The cricketer was seen shaking a leg during their game against the Islamabad United. He also joined his teammates on the dance floor. However, in a recent press conference, the pacer has recently, mentioned that he won’t be showing off his skills if his fans didn’t like it. “I just enjoy the moment, I am not a dancer but a sportsman. If a fan didn’t like it [dancing] then I won’t do it again,” Hasan said.

He also hailed the Windies batsmen for their power hitting abilities as a prospect to be wary of for the hosts ahead of the T20 International series which begins on March 31 at the iconic Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. “With the Caribbean guys, we know that if 2 are out on 2 balls then the third one can come in and hit a few sixes. They are a good team and we should not take consider any opposition easy,” he added.

Hasan Ali has recently participated for the Peshawar Zalmi and notched 12 wickets in nine games. Post the T20 league, Ali will now participate in the upcoming T20 series against the might of the Windies and will be expected to deliver the goods. Meanwhile, Hasan Ali would be looking to carry forward his form from the domestic tournament and carve a series victory.
