LSG have the presence of experienced support staff in the form of Gautam Gambhir, Andy Flower, and Vijay Dahiya. The two-time IPL champion and former Indian cricketer, Gambhir, is the mentor of the team and is one of the key decision-makers, which will prove to be valuable due to his experience in facing different situations.
The former Zimbabwe great, Andy Flower, has experience in leading illustrious teams to the playoffs in tournaments like The Hundred, CPL, T10, and PSL. In the PSL 2021, Flower coached the Multan Sultans team to their maiden title victory, while emerging as the runner-up in the 2022 edition.
Vijay has donned the coaching role since 2007 when he was appointed the coach of the Delhi domestic team. In 2009, he served as the assistant coach of Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). In the 2020 edition, he was the head talent scout for Delhi Capitals (DC).
