IPL 2022: Four teams which can reach the playoffs this season
Chennai Super Kings have been the most consistent side in IPL history.
2. Delhi Capitals
Delhi Capitals might have lost a couple of key batters in the form of Shikhar Dhawan and Shreyas Iyer, however, the runners-up of the 2020 edition did pretty well to bring in reinforcements. New acquisition, David Warner opens the batting with Prithvi Shaw and they will be backed up by a strong middle order consisting of Rishabh Pant and Mitch Marsh.
Axar Patel and Shardul Thakur will operate as all-rounders for Delhi Capitals, and both players could create serious damage on their day. Their fast bowling lineup includes the likes of Anrich Nortje(injury concerns), Shardul Thakur with three left-arm bowlers in the form of Chetan Sakariya, Mustafizur Rahman and Khaleel Ahmed. Kuldeep Yadav could form a deadly spin-bowling duo with Axar Patel. Hence, Delhi Capitals looked a well-balanced side, and have plenty of backup options.
