'Hum retirement le lain? - Shaheen Afridi takes a hilarious dig at Mohammad Rizwan's bowling

Pakistan left-arm pacer Shaheen Afridi took a hilarious dig at his teammate and wicketkeeper-batter Mohammad Rizwan who is currently participating in the County Division 2 fixture between Sussex and Durham, along with Indian batter Cheteshwar Pujara. To note, both Rizwan and Pujara were the standout performers for the Sussex as the duo played knocks of 79 and 203, respectively in the first innings and helped their team to post 538 runs on the board. Rizwan, who’s a professional wicketkeeper, then bowled two overs during the second innings of the match with the match heading for a draw. The 29-year-old bowled two overs of medium pace and gave away only five runs. He was very close to scalping one wicket as one of his deliveries got some awkward bounce and the batter had no clue. He also maintained his line and length throughout the 12 deliveries. Indian star Cheteshwar Pujara then scored an excellent 203 as Sussex posted 538, gaining a lead of 315 runs. It must be noted that this was Pujara’s third consecutive hundred in the ongoing County Championship. However, Durham came back strongly in the match as both openers Alex Lees and Sean Dickson scored hundreds in the second innings before Durham declared their innings at 364/3. In the end, the match ended in a draw. To note, Sussex is currently at the penultimate position in Division 2 team standings with 31 points from four matches.
